  7. Quitar el sachet, licuar la mezcla y reservar
  8. Cortar las papas a la mitad y sazonar al gusto
  9. Agregar el romero y la mantequilla
  10. Meter al horno hasta que estén blanditas
  11. Sazonar los medallones y sellarlos
  12. Poner los medallones en el horno hasta que terminen su cocción
  13. Montamos y comemos
