A mi esposo y a mi nos encantó, el la mezcló con un poco de Clamato y yo me preparé una deliciosa tostada.

- 1 ramita cilantro
- 8 limones ( el jugo)

- Cortar el filete limpio y fresco en pedazos de 1 cm aproximadamente, colocarlos en un traste o bowl y ponerle el jugo del limón, el jugo necesario que quede bañado el filete. Dejarlo reposar por 40 min aprox
- Mezclarlo nuevamente y dejarlo otros 30 min (puede refrigerado o no)
- Picar la cebolla y los chiles finamente, los tomates no muy chicos, también se pica el cilantro, en éste último sólo se ocupan las hojitas sin tallos. También pelar y cortar en cubitos el pepino
- Una vez pasado los 30 min, y que el pescado se haya curtido bien, mezclamos todos los ingredientes y sazonamos con sal, un poco de pimienta y orégano machacado (casi molido) al gusto.
