  2. A 4 jitomates les quitamos el pedúnculo y les hacemos un corte en cruz en la piel y los ponemos a hervir para poderlos pelar junto con un diente de ajo grandecito y un pedazo de cebolla. Cuando se empiece a desprender la piel los sacamos, los pelamos y los ponemos en la licuadora, y los colamos sobre la coliflor, sazonamos con dos o 3 cucharaditas de consomé en polvo y pimienta y dejamos que se cueza.
  3. Para servirla en cada plato colocamos queso de hebra tipo Oaxaca y encima la sopa bien caliente, suficiente para que derrita el queso*.
