- Para los volovanes haremos algo similar que las empanadas, primero vamos a cortar dos pequeños círculos de masa y a uno de ellos le vamos a hacer un corte circular en el centro para luego pegar con huevo y para las banderillas solo es estirar la masa y cortar rectángulos del tamaño que vayamos a querer la banderilla, una vez cortada la masa de banderilla vamos a barnizar con el huevo y agregaremos azúcar encima.

- En el caso de la orejas vamos a estirar la masa vamos a hacer una línea imaginaria a la mitad y los extremos los doblaremos hacia el centro, después lo doblamos pornla mitad y cortamos de 1.5 cm cada pieza, por último las lo frenos en la charola, barnizamos la parte de encima con huevo y agregamos un poco de azúcar.


- Horneamos a 200°c durante 20-30 minutos, todo dependerá de la firma que sea ya que las empanadas son aproximadamente unos 30 minutos, las banderillas, orejas y volovanes de 20-25 minutos



- Sacamos del horno.


- Esperamos a que se enfríen un poco y a disfrutar. 🤤
