- Luego del tiempo de reposo tomamos una bolita y la enharinamos, con un rodillo aplanaremos del centro hacia afuera, y enrollaremos hacía arriba lo que estiramos, hasta tener la forma del pan.
- Formamos el resto de la masa, mezclamos agua y leche en partes iguales. Con una brocha pasamos por todos los panes, esto para obtener brillo y que el pan tenga el exterior más crujiente y se deja reposar 20 min hasta que doble su volumen
- Precalentar el horno a 350° f o 180° c, y se hornean de 20 a 25 min, o cuando se vea ligeramente dorado. Listos para disfrutar!
